From April 9th-April 13th, we took the fun to another level for National Boys and Girls Club Week. We planned daily activities for our members, parents and community.
The week kicked off with Mentoring Monday. Paul is an MSW Student at Columbia University who comes to enjoy a game of chess during our teen lounge with teen member, Kwame.

Tuesday was all about the technology. Our youth were diving into their own projects with volunteers from Google Code Corps, Google AmeriCorps VISTA, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. HomebuyerHuddle also stopped by and taught our teens about saving, managing credit and home ownership.

Wednesday was a PARENT TAKEOVER as the parents of our youth dropped in to put their own spin on the fun we had been having!

#ThankfulThursday was our day to show our appreciation to the people who give their time and energy to help inspire us everyday! Our work at the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem wouldn't be possible without the support of our donors and volunteers. Their constant support and engagement represent the community backing we need to create more possibilities for our youth.

We ended the week with #FunFriday at where the kids had a game night and ice cream to go along with the amazing weather!
