As part of the BGCH Storytelling Initiative, this 6-session Saturday workshop will introduce teens to basic media arts disciplines including photography, video and graphic design. Students will develop and produce media artwork that portrays stories from their personal experience, families, peers, communities and dreams. The program will culminate with each student creating dynamic individual multimedia self-portraits. This program is supported by an Arts Horizons grant from the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.
